- Develop effective recruitment plans
- Coordinate/perform all activities related to the recruitment: Sourcing, Screening, Interview, Referral and employment.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the Recruitment Manager
- Comfortable to travel
