Job Description :

  • Develop effective recruitment plans
  • Coordinate/perform all activities related to the recruitment: Sourcing, Screening, Interview, Referral and employment.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendations to the Recruitment Manager
  • Comfortable to travel
Qualification Experience & Skills Required -
MBA or Post Graduation in HR with 3-6 years of core recruiting experience.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
