Role and Responsibility -
Greet and welcome guests.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Handling EPBX efficiently
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Booking the conference room.
Coordinating with Courier person regarding the dispatch status of Material
Day-to-day administrative support including routine business correspondence drafting, mailing and maintaining, prioritize and respond as appropriate.
Arranging Lunch for guests as required.
Working Day - Monday to Friday ( 5 Days working)
Looking for local Female candidate only.
Salary: INR 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 P.A.
