Job Description :
- The candidate will be responsible for lead generation and deal closure in the given territory.
- Responsible for sales in metro region.
- Build a database of schools in the assigned territory though visits.
- Visit schools to make presentations to decision makers.
- Follow through on key prospects to secure academic buy.
- Work closely with the RSM for securing commercial negotiations.
- Follow established sales processes, CRM systems and policies.
- MBA/B.E with 4-8 years minimum direct sales/B2B Sales experience.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Track record of deal closure and revenue generation.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Resilient, good under pressure and manage stressful environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
