Serving as an internal consultant to the HR team in leveraging the HRIS to improve data
management, work processes and resolving business needs and problems
Collaborating with IT staff and technology vendors to develop customizations, performing
system implementations and upgrades
Providing HR technology solutions around HR procedures/processes, mapping work flow
and proactively identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve effectiveness
Conducting HR system training to stake holders/ end users
Responsible for Query Management and issue resolution and collaborating with IT staff for
addition and deletion of new users, email ID creations etc.
Responsible for maintaining and updating data in AXIS (HRIS)
Executing regular integrity checks to ensure that data entered by business users is correct
Identify statistical analysis techniques required to deliver HR insights
Deliver high quality analysis, reporting and presentations
Develop material for and train HR professionals in evidence based HR.
