  • Fulltime MBA/PG with min 3-5 Years of experience
  • Must have prior experience in consumer business.
  • Strong Account/Customer Management and Business Development Skills
  • Relationship Management/Negotiation Skills/Cost effective Management
  • Thought leadership on in-store activation for Modern Trade Stores.
  • Inter-personal skills to manage people across hierarchies and functions.
  • Sound understanding of customer P& L and its drivers.

  • Deliver on the Value and volume targets by month/quarter/year for Modern Trade.
  • Delivering of the in-execution store metrics basis Picture of Success.
  • Listing of the New Products with MT customers with the appropriate number of stores coverage.
  • Coach and guide the field team on Sales, Distribution and Activation in the channel.
  • Interact with other functions like Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to provide seamless customer management.

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 14,00,000 P.A.
