Roles & Responsibilities :
- Ideate, Design and Roll out trade marketing and customer plans across General trade, Modern trade and alternate channels
- Tie-up with the brand team for activating the brand inside the stores with the right activation construct and in sync with the brand objectives and strategy
- Rolling out all the distribution initiatives for the year including outlet coverage, distribution parameters, commercial control and hygiene.
- Collaborating with IT for Distributor Software and Handheld roll out, scale up and other IT initiatives.
- New Product Launch Plans
- Constructing Sales Team Incentive and contests.
- Enable and support export business in countries like Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Pakistan
- Build and impart Capability Development of Sales associates at all levels
