Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Assume full responsibility for all relationships between the business & its clients.
Ensure the business achieves its assigned revenue targets
Focus on sustaining and growing business market share, achieve ROI and deliver profitable growth.
Improving overall customer experience by meeting/
exceeding the expectations of the stake holders.
Develop an annual sales plan for existing & future customers and ensure excellent client relationships
Meet clients regularly to take feedback and then implement corrective action
Operational leadership
Day to day operational management to maintain continued alignment with overall goals, strategy and direction.
Creating long and short term strategy, monitoring, compiling reports and dashboards and ensuring its absolute accuracy
Develop a high performing, innovative and influential operations team capable of meeting customer requirements.
Developing leaders and ensuring experienced Manager coming through the ranks.
