Job Description :-
- Responsible for answering calls on our toll free number related to Dahua products.
- Should have worked in a call center/ Technical center around 1-2 years.
- Flexible for night shifts (24*7)
- Good English communication is must, overseas working experience is preferred
- Preferred if Experience in security industry and rich knowledge of CCTV, NVR, XVR, VDP, Access controls etc.
- Familiar with basic knowledge of computer network.
- At least Bachelor degree, Computer Science or Bachelor degree in Information Technology preferred
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Salary will be 19-25 K in hand.
